Our History
Mr. Sudhir Tandon has more than 40 years of experience in the HVAC industry. For the past 25 years, he has been running his professional business under the name Perfect Air. The company has built a good reputation for successfully completing and handing over HVAC and cleanroom projects.
In 2024, Perfect Air expanded its work into MEP services. With this growth, the idea of starting a new company, Stan Infra, came up. In 2025, Stan Infra Private Limited was officially started, continuing the same work with a wider range of services.

He leads StanInfra with a strong focus on delivering reliable and high-quality Cleanroom EPC solutions across India. With a background in both engineering and management, he brings a practical and well-rounded approach to leadership.
He holds a B.Tech degree, along with an MS and an MBA in Finance from the United States, which helps him connect technical execution with business and financial planning.
He is actively involved in project execution and completion. He pays close attention to detail, ensures smooth coordination, and focuses on timely delivery and proper handover of projects.
His leadership is driven by accountability, precision, and a commitment to delivering consistent value to clients and stakeholders.
Sukhda Tandon
Director-OPERATIONS
She oversees procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring smooth internal processes and efficient coordination across projects. Her focus on planning, sourcing, and resource management helps ensure timely and successful project completion.
She holds a B.Tech degree along with an MBA from IIFT, combining technical expertise with strategic management skills.
She also holds the prestigious position of President at Delhi chapter ISHRAE, reflecting her leadership and active contribution to the HVAC and infrastructure industry.
With a practical and detail-oriented approach, she plays a key role in delivering efficient systems and reliable project outcomes.
Shubhi Tandon
Head-CorpOrate AFFAIRS & COMMERCIAL
She leads Corporate Affairs and Commercial functions, focusing on receivables management, policy upgrades, and process improvement across the organization. Her role ensures smooth coordination between financial, regulatory, and operational activities.
She actively works on strengthening internal systems through automation and streamlined processes, improving efficiency and transparency at every stage.

She holds a B.Com degree, is a qualified Company Secretary, and has an MBA in Finance, bringing strong expertise in compliance, finance, and corporate management.
