With over four decades of expertise in the Cleanroom & HVAC sector, Mr. Sudhir Tandon spent twenty-five years building the professional legacy of Perfect Air. The firm achieved significant acclaim for the seamless execution and commissioning of specialized HVAC and cleanroom environments. Following the 2024 expansion into full-scale MEP services, the vision for Stan Infra was born. Officially launched in 2025, Stan Infra Private Limited maintains the same core heritage while offering a significantly broader scope of engineering services to our valued partners.

Utilizing an academic foundation in engineering and executive management, he applies a balanced and pragmatic perspective to project leadership.He earned his B.Tech followed by an MS and an MBA in Finance in the USA, allowing him to effectively bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and financial feasibility. Directly engaged in the lifecycle of every project, he ensures meticulous detail and cross-team harmony to guarantee punctual milestones. His leadership is defined by strict accountability and a drive to provide enduring value to every stakeholder.
Sukhda Tandon
Director-Operations
She manages the critical supply chain and procurement workflows, facilitating high-speed internal logistics and resource optimization for every site. Her expertise in strategic sourcing and planning ensures that project timelines are consistently met with precision.With a B.Tech and an MBA from IIFT, she merges technical insights with advanced management theory. She also serves as President for the ISHRAE Delhi chapter, marking her as a prominent influence in the broader HVAC and infrastructure community.Her methodical and detail-conscious management style is vital for producing high-efficiency systems and sustainable project outcomes across our diverse portfolio.
Shubhi Tandon
Head - Corporate & Commercial Affairs
She governs the Corporate Affairs and Commercial divisions, with a specialized focus on optimizing receivables and modernizing organizational policies. Her oversight ensures total alignment between financial compliance and the firm’s daily operational needs.She is dedicated to enhancing internal infrastructure through digital automation and refined protocols to boost transparency and productivity. She holds a B.Com degree, is a certified Company Secretary, and earned an MBA in Finance. This combination of credentials provides her with significant command over regulatory compliance and corporate finance.Â
